Advanced GW4-252 Double-Column Horizontal Opening Disconnector: Complete set composed of GW4-252 isolating switch body, CS14G or CS17G human operating mechanism or CJ6 electric mechanism with transmission accessories, double-column horizontal opening type with each single stage composed of base, column insulator, outlet seat and contact, two column insulators installed on bearings parallel to each other perpendicular to base with main conductive part rotating about 90° with pillar insulator, fully sealed bearing seat structure preventing dust, moisture and harmful gases from entering bearing seat causing jamming.

Superior Bearing and Contact Design Features: GW4-252 incorporates thrust ball bearings and radial ball bearings separating gravity and horizontal force ensuring operating torque will not increase after long-term operation, two shaft assemblies connected through connecting plates and adjusting screws using stainless steel shaft pin and self-lubricating sleeve with high-efficiency molybdenum disulfide lithium-based grease, contact fingers assembled in pairs with springs clamping contact finger base and contact head preventing wear increasing service life, grounding switch interlocking with main conductive circuit through sector plate and arc plate ensuring main circuit cannot close when grounding switch closed, providing reliable outdoor AC disconnector solution for 252kV power systems.
